Fraser Valley Market Update July 2020

It feels like we went from summer to fall with this rain this morning! Even though the outside temperature is cool, the real estate market is still HOT!

Overall, the Fraser Valley is in a Seller's Market. Compared to June, July sales are up 22%, July prices are up 4% and active listings have increased 6%.
