Same Team - New Name

The Schacter Team has a new name!  We are now known as Elevation Real Estate.

As we have continued to serve our clients over the years, our team has evolved.  More recently, we have expanded in order to provide the exemplary service that you have come to know and trust across a broader market area.  We have recruited team members with vast experience in market areas that were previously unrepresented by The Schacter Team.  As a result, we are now able to care for your needs from Surrey and White Rock, to Abbotsford and Chilliwack, and everywhere in between.

Along with the additional faces on our team came additional surnames.  Our decision to move away from our family namesake was simply to update our brand to better reflect the broader base of service provided.  Joel & Tyler are still the principal partners of the team, are very much active and love working with their past clients and the referrals that are entrusted to them.  Sharon is still holding down the fort in the office as the Transaction Coordinator.

Mark Dana, Anna Poppleton and Kim Domingo have allowed us to expand our areas of service. Under Kim’s management, we have also increased the services we provide to include home staging, 3D matterport virtual tours, provision of  moving boxes, move-out house cleaning service, and more!  In addition to our highly anticipated annual events, such as the  Christmas Tree party and Movie days we are now hosting an Easter Egg hunt in the spring and a Pumpkin Patch event in the fall, to express our appreciation to you all.  Our newest member,  Jozenelle Abad, has recently joined the team to assist with client care and communications.
